Per Diem Registered Nurse

REGISTERED NURSE (RN) | PER DIEM JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a per diem opportunity in a healthcare and rehabilitation setting. The RN will provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.

SHIFT DETAILS

• Shift Time: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
• Meal Break: 30 Minutes
• Night Shift

PAY

• Pay Rate: 30.60-35.70 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing
• Current BLS Certification
• Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or acute care experience preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and treatment goals
• Promote patient safety and quality outcomes
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
