As aSpeech‑LanguagePathologistin ourPhysical Medicine & Rehabilitation Department, you will play an essential role in deliveringworld‑class,patient‑centeredcare. Our clinicians are recognized leaders in the field—actively involved in research, education, and clinical excellence. 

In this role, you will: 

• Evaluate and treat medically complex patients with communication and swallowing disorders in both inpatient and outpatient settings 

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans 

• Coordinate care plans and provide education and support to patients, families, and staff 

• Serve as a clinical resource while contributing to continuous improvement and innovation within the department 

• Build a foundation forlong‑termprofessional growth, advancement, and leadership opportunities

Required Qualifications 

• Master’s Degree from an accreditedSpeech‑LanguagePathology program 

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) 

• Active New York StateSpeech‑LanguagePathology license 

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
