Systems maintained include, but are not limited to, Air Handlers, Exhaust Fan, Package, Roof Top, Split Type Heating and Cooling System , Glycol , Chilled Water Systems, Hot Water, Steam Heating Systems etc. Maintains Pneumatic Controls , Building Automation System. Operate and monitors Pneumatic Tube System, Elevators and Fire Alarm System
