Our client is a software-enabled growth discovery firm focused on helping consumer brands identify high-potential customer opportunities and determine which audiences, creative, channels, and experiments are most worth testing. The company combines expert-led marketing analysis with proprietary technology to develop growth roadmaps and support ongoing execution, measurement, and learning.

Short Description:
We're seeking a hands-on Creative Production Specialist to turn detailed creative briefs, existing brand assets, and established direction into polished, launch-ready paid-social assets. This is primarily a production and execution role rather than a creative strategy position, with a focus on producing high-quality assets efficiently for ongoing testing. You'll create static and motion-based ads, edit existing video, adapt creative across placements, and produce multiple variations while working within established brand guidelines. The role also requires strong organization, fast turnaround, and close collaboration with the team through approvals and revisions.

Location: 100% Remote (LATAM only)

Responsibilities:

• Create static paid-social ads using existing client assets and established creative direction.

• Produce simple motion and GIF-style ads and edit existing video assets for paid social.

• Add headlines, captions, subtitles, CTAs, text overlays, and branding while adapting creative across placements and aspect ratios.

• Turn detailed creative briefs into polished assets and create multiple variations from the same concept for testing.

• Work within existing brand guidelines, submit assets for approval, and implement revisions quickly.

• Organize creative files and versions for testing and tracking, and hand approved assets to the Media Buyer for deployment.

Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with Canva.

• Experience creating paid-social or performance creative, ideally for consumer or e-commerce brands.

• Basic video editing and motion capabilities.

• Strong visual and design judgment, with the ability to work effectively from existing brand assets and established creative direction.

• Ability to produce multiple creative variations efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and responding well to feedback.

• Fluent conversational and written English.

• Comfortable using AI-assisted creative workflows for editing, image manipulation, and production support when appropriate.
