Performance Creative Editor

Inno Supps is one of the fastest growing supplement companies in the world. Our company is seeking a skilled Meta Ad Performance Creative Editor to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and editing video content for a variety of mediums, including social media ads and online platforms, primarily Meta. You will work collaboratively with our marketing and content teams to develop and execute creative concepts that align with our brand and marketing objectives.Responsibilities:Edit and enhance raw footage into high-quality video content that aligns with our brand and messaging.Collaborate with our marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts that showcase our products in a compelling and engaging way.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production.Manage and organize video files, assets, and equipment.Work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize deadlines.Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all work produced.Willingness to receive coaching and be open to new ideas and techniques.Ultimately, we are looking for people to obsess over:HooksRetention curvesPattern interruptsUGC pacingText hierarchyMeta ad fatigueWinning frameworksRequirements:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, with a focus on Premiere Pro and After EffectsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentObsession over Hooks, Retention curves, Pattern interrupts, UGC pacing, Text hierarchy, Meta ad fatigue, and winning frameworks.
