This role operates in a fast‑paced, challenging environment and requires strong analytical capabilities, cross‑functional collaboration, and a focus on delivering high‑quality results aligned with customer commitments.Key Responsibilities Evaluate site performance in alignment with customer contractual commitments and expectationsDevelop point lists and perform data acquisition to support detailed performance analysisConduct battery DC and AC data analysis using a variety of analytical toolsPrepare and deliver testing reports for all customer projects during both execution and services phasesReview and provide redlines to customer contracts during the sales phaseInterpret performance exhibits and single line diagrams and develop acceptance test plans based on contractual requirementsPlan, schedule, coordinate, and execute project work efficiently to meet deadlinesDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures and processes for performance engineering activitiesCollaborate cross‑functionally with battery, sales, operations and execution, services, and product teams to identify and implement performance improvements, including design enhancements and testing strategiesPerform root cause analysis and troubleshooting and provide recommendations to improve site performanceRequired Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a Master's degree preferredExperience working with an energy storage companyStrong understanding of AWS tools such as S3 and SageMaker as well as proficiency in PythonAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPointProven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectivelyAdditional Skills Strong multitasking and time management capabilitiesDemonstrated ability to perform in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment with tight timelinesCollaborative mindset with a desire to work in an entrepreneurial settingHigh level of ownership and accountability with a track record of delivering resultsWillingness to travel domestically as neededEqual Opportunity Employer At Fluence, we believe great teams are built on a collaborative and connected culture.
