Job Summary:
Oversees performance improvement activities, facilitates team training, reviews clinical information, and collaborates with clinical staff to enhance patient care and service. Develops strategies for accreditation and licensure compliance while demonstrating effective communication with patients and families of diverse backgrounds.
Performance Expectations:
- Works with electronic databases and understands clinical measures reportable to CMS and other agencies.
- Identifies improvement opportunities and leads teams to implement changes.
Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, at least two years of healthcare experience, and knowledge of quality assurance and regulatory guidelines. Prior experience in behavioral health is needed, along with management and organizational skills. Knowledge of data systems is helpful.
Certification/Licensure:
Current Mississippi RN license required.
