Performance Improvement And Risk Management Coordinator

The Performance Improvement (PI) and Risk Management Coordinator supports hospital-wide Risk Management and Quality/Performance Improvement initiatives under the direction of the Director of Performance Improvement & Risk Management. Key responsibilities include active participation in program fidelity committees, conducting chart audits, and managing data collection, entry, and reporting through spreadsheets and tracking tools. The position assists with incident investigations as needed and provides operational and administrative support to the Director of Risk/PI to ensure effective program execution and compliance.

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Three (3) years' experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting required.
• Additional Requirements: Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft office and Excel spreadsheets.
