Performance Load Test Analyst

Location: Remote Position with occasional travel to Middletown, PA.

Summary: The Performance Load Test Analyst will ensure performance readiness across all UBOS releases, focusing on performance testing strategy, execution, analysis, and reporting. This role involves working with various SAP components, CRM applications, and integration layers to validate system behavior under different scenarios.

Responsibilities:

• SDLC & Quality Governance:
  • Follow SDLC and quality governance processes.
  • Define performance testing strategy, scope, workloads, non-functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Performance & Load Testing Execution:
  • Design and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing using NeoLoad.
  • Test various components including SAP BRIM, SAP Convergent Mediation, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and CRM applications.
  • Simulate real-world enterprise workloads and validate system behavior under various conditions.
  • Execute end-to-end performance testing of integrations between CRM and SAP systems.
• Monitoring, Analysis & Reporting:
  • Monitor performance metrics and analyze test results to identify bottlenecks.
  • Prepare detailed performance test reports and executive summaries.
• Tooling & Automation:
  • Develop, maintain, and execute performance test scripts using NeoLoad.
  • Integrate NeoLoad tests with CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
• Collaboration & Delivery Support:
  • Support various testing cycles with performance validation.
  • Promote performance testing best practices across programs.
• General Duties:
  • Document all work associated with this position, adhering to standards and formats.
  • Follow all organizational standards, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Experience/Skillset:
  • 8 years of overall IT testing experience.
  • 4 years of hands-on performance/load testing experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad.
  • Experience testing enterprise-scale applications with high transaction volumes.
  • Experience testing SAP systems, CRM platforms, analytics platforms, and complex enterprise integrations.
• Preferred/Additional Skills:
  • Experience with SAP environments (SAP BRIM, S/4HANA, ECC).
  • Experience with SAP Convergent Mediation.
  • Experience with SAP Datasphere.
  • Experience testing CRM ↔ SAP bi-directional integrations.
  • Experience with tolling, transportation, or public-sector systems.
  • Experience with cloud or hybrid infrastructure performance testing.
• Certifications/Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

Engagement Requirements:

• Candidate must reside within the Continental United States.
• Must pass ePATCH and National Criminal Background checks prior to starting.
• Position is primarily remote with occasional onsite presence required in Middletown, PA.
• In-person interviews or work sessions may be conducted onsite.
• Participation in onsite post go-live support activities may be required.
• Orientation session onsite is required for equipment pickup.
