Provides advice on critical performance management cycle events, including performance plans, critical elements, performance discussions.Experience in developing new and/or revising performance plans on an agency-wide basis, as the agency's primary resource in this area. Serves as the primary POC and System Admin for the agency's automated performance system.

Research and implement industry best practices in performance management, quality improvement, and talent development.
Feedback and Guidance:
Provide ongoing feedback to employees and managers on performance, assist with conflict resolution, and offer guidance on performance-related issues.
Goal Alignment:
Work with managers to set clear performance goals and develop individual development plans that align with organizational objectives.
Training and Development:
Design and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and address identified performance gaps.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data to identify trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and prepare reports for management.
Develop and Implement Performance Systems:
Create and manage performance review processes, key performance indicators (KPIs), and quality assurance programs.
