Job Title: Performance Management Test Lead

Client’s Talent Innovation and Solutions (TIS) team partners across the Talent organization, businesses and other enabling areas to cultivate a digitally mature organization that drives modernization, agility, and long-term value for Client stakeholders. The TIS mission is to ensure Client Talent sits squarely at the intersection of people, innovation, and operational excellence.
The TIS Digital and Analytics team implements core, firmwide Talent applications to support key Talent strategies and processes. As Talent identifies opportunities to transform the way we deliver services, we implement and update technology solutions to enhance the experiences of our professionals and drive operational efficiency and effectiveness improvements across Talent.
We're looking for an individual to support the Digital & Analytics team aligned to Performance Management (PM) technology in PMO and testing efforts of the new PM for TAM solution.

Work you’ll do:
• Collaborate with D&A manager, Consulting, and Technology team members to ensure project deliverables for the testing workstream move forward and stay on track. This includes updating project plans, driving open actions/decisions to closure, tracking/escalating risks and issues, scheduling meetings, and taking notes to capture decisions and action items.
• Support D&A manager to plan and prepare activities in advance of testing cycles, including allocation of testers, and tracking testing efforts for integrated systems (non-SAP)
• Lead in the creation and maintenance of project collateral that outlines weekly testing status updates and progress against key milestones for stakeholders and PM/Talent leaders
• Perform similar PMO activities to support other critical project phases like conversion and cutover as needed

Preferred Skills:
• 5+ years of PMO experience with talent technology implementations or User Acceptance Testing
• Ability to capture detailed meeting notes, synthesize for action items, track and follow-up on the action items
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Problem solving skills and consultative approach with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices
• Works well in a dynamic, complex, client-and team-focused environment with minimal oversight and an agile mindset
• Ability to multi-task, execute tasks in an efficient manner and manage multiple, concurrent deadline
