Performance Manager
The Performance Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing employee performance and driving organizational success through comprehensive training, coaching, and performance management initiatives. This position is responsible for developing and executing effective learning programs, coaching individuals and teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
This position works directly with Affordable communities, site teams, regional leadership, and cross-functional partners to develop and execute learning programs that support Affordable housing operations, compliance expectations, leasing performance, customer service, onboarding, and overall property performance.
