This is a hybrid position, and this person will need to come into the office a few times per month. Candidates must currently reside within commuting distance to our Linthicum, Maryland Headquarters.

What you will do:
The Performance Marketing Coordinator supports paid digital campaign execution, tracking, and optimization by coordinating assets, monitoring performance, and recommending improvements to help drive effective marketing results.
ThePerformance Marketing Coordinator adheres to regulations and organizational policies, maintaining awareness and knowledge required to perform the duties of the position, including all aspects of the Bank Secrecy Act and related regulations, such as OFAC, and the USA Patriot Act, Fair Lending and Information Security.
A day in your life might include:
- Assist in launching and managing paid digital campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and other channels
- Coordinate campaign assets with internal creative teams and external agencies
- Help ensure campaigns launch accurately and on schedule
- Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on campaign assets and landing pages
- Monitor campaign pacing and budgets
- Recommend opportunities for A/B testing, creative optimization and audience refinement
- Assist in identifying underperforming campaigns and recommending optimizations
- Support implementation of tracking pixels, conversion events, and campaign tagging
- Help validate tracking using Google Tag Manager and other analytics tools
- Maintain campaign naming and tracking conventions and documentation
- Additional tasks as requested
What weneed from you:
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 0-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, advertising, campaign coordination, or a related role preferred.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Strong business acumen
- Strong organization skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of self-accountability
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
Compensation Information: Offers will be commensurate with experience and education. Please Note: The budget salary range for this role is $51,200 - $60,000.
- Salary: Min. $51,200 – Mid-Point $66,600
