Salary: $62,000-$75,000/year*

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience + profit sharing + benefits

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’ll Do in This Role

You’re Likely a Strong Match If You:

• Have 3+ years of professionalexperience writing marketing or advertising copyfor organic and paid social media, email, video and radio scripts, landing pagesand other communications (writing for SEO andAIO is a plus!)
• Have a portfolio showcasing conversion-focused marketing campaigns across digital channels (required)
• Know how to write concise, persuasive copy that motivates customers to take action
• Write in a conversational voice and can adapt your style across different contexts and audiences
• Enjoy collaborating with marketers, designers and cross-functional teams to launch and optimize campaigns based on performance data
• Can balance creativity with business goals and customer needs
• Are excited to learn and write in Ramsey’s distinctive brand voice
• Use feedback to continuously improve your craft
• Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT or Claudein your workflow to increase efficiency while maintaining high-quality work

• Creates high-quality, brand-aligned copy that consistently supports marketing objectives and business growth
• Writes compelling messaging that improves customer experience, engagement and conversion across digital channels
• Produces thoughtful, polished work with strong attention to detail and minimal revisions
• Uses customer insights, testing and campaign performance data to strengthen messaging over time
• Understands the business strategy behind every project and writes with measurable outcomes in mind
• Partners effectively across marketing, creative, product and paid media teams to move projects forward quickly
• Contributes to a collaborative, low-drama team culture by communicating well, embracing feedback, and helping teammates succeed
• Looks for smarter, more efficient ways to work while maintaining Ramsey’s high standards for quality
