Step into a high-impact role at Waters as a Performance Marketing Lead and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital growth for a global leader in life sciences. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, this highly visible role sits at the center of our digital demand team where data, strategy, and innovation converge to drive measurable business impact.

You will be hands on and accelerate our paid media strategy across channels, unlocking new opportunities to scale brand awareness, fuel qualified pipeline, and maximize revenue growth. This is more than just paid media campaign management this is about building a high-performance marketing ecosystem powered by insights, experimentation, and continuous optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution, and optimization of multi-channel paid media campaigns (search, ppc, display, and beyond)

• Transform data into actionable insights driving smarter investment decisions and measurable ROI

• Partner cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, and analytics to align campaigns with business priorities

• Champion a test-and-learn culture, constantly iterating to improve engagement, conversion, and efficiency

• Identify and scale new audience strategies to expand reach and deepen customer engagement

• Drive performance against KPIs including pipeline generation, revenue, and ROAS

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or related field required

• 4+ years "hands on" experience managing paid media campaigns

• Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Shopping, Bing, Baudu, and other related platforms

• Strong communication & organizational skills

• Excellent presentation skills

• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, GA4, and tag management systems

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 25%)
