Join us at the #1 coffee site in the Food category! We're building the future of direct-to-consumer growth at Keurig and we're looking for a strategic, data-literate, growth-oriented manager to help us do it.
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in driving paid media performance while strengthening how our team operates day to day. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Growth, you will own execution and performance optimization of Keurig's branded campaigns, a critical and high-impact driver of overall revenue and efficiency.
You will translate strategy into clear execution plans, turn data into action, and support paid media specialists by improving execution, surfacing insights and driving a strong 'so what' mindset.
You'll partner closely with Creative, Performance Measurement, and Merchandising teams to ensure insights lead to more effective ads, stronger measurement, and better-performing activations.
Success in this role means bringing structure to ambiguity, challenging thinking with data and consistently driving measurable performance improvements. It requires curiosity, a willingness to question assumptions, and openness to evolving perspectives based on data.
