POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer incoming phone calls and internet inquiries
Respond to online leads and customer requests promptly
Schedule appointments for the sales showroom
Follow up with missed appointments and unsold customers
Log customer information and communications accurately into the CRM system
Maintain strong knowledge of dealership inventory, products, and promotions
Assist walk-in customers professionally and courteously
Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and communication standards
Work closely with the sales and management team
Help support dealership marketing and promotional efforts

QUALIFICATIONS
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional and personable demeanor
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable handling inbound and outbound customer communication
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and internet proficiency
CRM experience is a plus
Sales or BDC experience preferred, but not required
Microsoft Office experience preferred
Positive attitude and strong work ethic required

REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
Valid Driver's License preferred
Professional appearance and attitude
Must be dependable and career-focused
