Performance Test Lead / Performance Test Architect

We are looking for an experienced Performance Test Lead / Performance Test Architect to drive end-to-end performance, scalability, resiliency, and failover testing across cloud-based applications and distributed infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead performance, load, stress, scalability, and resiliency testing
• Design end-to-end performance testing strategies and analyze KPIs
• Validate system failover, recovery, and operational resilience
• Test applications across cloud and Kubernetes/AKS environments
• Identify performance bottlenecks across application, infrastructure, and networking layers
• Collaborate with application, cloud, DevOps, infrastructure, and security teams.
