Performance Test Lead / Performance Test Architect
Location: Hybrid – Plano, TX | Atlanta, GA | Denver, CO
Experience: 10+ Years
We are looking for an experienced Performance Test Lead / Performance Test Architect to drive end-to-end performance, scalability, resiliency, and failover testing across cloud-based applications and distributed infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead performance, load, stress, scalability, and resiliency testing
- Design end-to-end performance testing strategies and analyze KPIs
- Validate system failover, recovery, and operational resilience
- Test applications across cloud and Kubernetes/AKS environments
- Identify performance bottlenecks across application, infrastructure, and networking layers
- Collaborate with application, cloud, DevOps, infrastructure, and security teams.
