Performance Tester

Job Title- Performance Tester-

Location: PLEASANTON, CA~ - Onsite

Duration: 6 months

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum five (5) years of experience in performance, load, stress, and scalability testing of enterprise web applications and APIs.

Have three (3) years of experience executing performance testing for Angular, React, Node.js, and REST API-based applications.

Demonstrate hands-on experience in performance test planning, scripting, execution, analysis, tuning, and reporting.

Possess working knowledge of healthcare business processes, healthcare data, regulatory requirements, and Enrollment Experience.

The Candidate shall demonstrate Performance Testing experience, particularly in the following areas:

Partner with business stakeholders, healthcare SMEs, architects, and development teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Leverage healthcare domain knowledge to understand business workflows, regulatory considerations, and customer needs when prioritizing features and enhancements.

Develop and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability test strategies for web and API-based applications.

Conduct end-to-end performance testing of Angular, React, and Node.js applications from both UI and API layers.

Design and execute workload models based on business and user traffic patterns.

Create, maintain, and execute automated performance test scripts.

Monitor application, server, database, and infrastructure performance during test execution.

Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks across application, API, database, and network layers.

Collaborate with development, architecture, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.

Validate application performance against defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and non-functional requirements.

Provide detailed performance analysis reports, recommendations, and tuning strategies.

Support capacity planning, scalability assessments, and production readiness reviews.

Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery processes.

Track performance metrics, trends, and risks, driving continuous performance improvements.

Ensure adherence to performance engineering best practices, standards, and governance.

Demonstrate expertise in validating application responsiveness, stability, scalability, and reliability under expected and peak workloads.
