Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Performance Tester. The project involves working across four existing systems and developing a proof of concept for a consolidated solution. The selected candidate will work closely with the client team to support performance testing, validation, and automation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform performance and load testing for CMS applications and systems.
- Develop and execute performance test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Support proof-of-concept development and testing across multiple systems.
- Collaborate with development, QA, business, and client teams to ensure application performance meets requirements.
- Document test results, defects, performance metrics, and recommendations.
- Participate in technical discussions and provide scenario-based solutions to performance-related challenges.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and support the team through the full testing lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant testing experience with a Bachelor's degree.
- Strong experience in performance/load testing.
- Experience working with healthcare applications, preferably involving claims, membership, enrollment, benefits, or EDI.
- Experience with Facets is required.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
