We are seeking a Performing Arts Installation Coordinator to join our team in San Antonio! As the Performing Arts Installation Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing coordination and support to the Installation Team, resulting in the efficient use of departmental resources and helping provide world-class service to our customers.
At minimum, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three (3) years experience in construction and quoting
- Computer skills and aptitude, especially with Word and Excel
It'd be great if you also have:
- Ability to read blueprints and mechanical aptitude
As a Performing Arts Installation Coordinator, a typical day might include:
- Provide price quotations for transportation and installation of Performing Arts products
- Work with internal and external resources to coordinate and schedule appropriate labor for the installation of Wenger products
- Assign work on a weekly basis to full-time and 3rd party resources
- Maintain and gather job site data for internal and external reporting
- Determine root cause for quality issues experienced during installations
- Assists the installers with technical and site information
- Track and monitor financial progress of projects
- Process invoices from 3rd party installers
- Adheres to all workplace and trade safety laws, regulations, standards and practices
