Schedule: Days with call responsibilities per unit need

Pay Range: $19.94 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Transport: Safely transport patients, ensuring their comfort and security.
• Sterilization & Supply Management: Apply basic principles of sterilization, maintain sterile supplies, and ensure proper stock rotation.
• OR Equipment Management: Prepare, clean, and maintain OR equipment, ensuring functionality. Coordinate equipment requisitions, liaise with vendors, and manage repairs/replacements.
• Surgical Team Support: Collaborate closely with the surgical team, assisting with supply inventory, delivering specimens and blood products, and maintaining an organized OR suite and support areas.
• Anesthesia Support: Provide coverage for Anesthesia Technician duties, including cleaning anesthesia equipment.

• Knowledge and skills to provide age-appropriate patient care.
• Proactive in ensuring adequate and functional equipment for safe patient care.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification required.
• Prior experience in bedside patient care (long-term or acute health facility) preferred.

Working Environment:

This role operates in a fast-paced surgical environment, requiring physical stamina (lifting, pushing, pulling) and exposure to various clinical elements.

Pay Range: $19.94 - $25.00 per hour
