    • Deliver virtual coaching sessions in Spanish focused on perinatal mental health, adjustment to parenthood, stress regulation, and health-promoting behaviors
    • Support members around common postpartum topics (mood, feeding, sleep, transitions) within Canopie’s coaching scope, coordinating referrals when specialized care is needed
    • Identify elevated risk and follow defined escalation and referral pathways
    • Document all interactions accurately and efficiently in Canopie’s digital platform
    • Communicate with members via phone, video, and secure messaging
    • Participate in remote training, supervision, and quality reviews

    • Comfortable delivering brief, structured care and following protocols
    • Strong digital literacy (telehealth platforms, EHRs, secure messaging)
    • Reliable, organized, and responsive in a remote work setting

    Preferred

    • Certification in perinatal mental health (PMH-C, MMH-C) and/or IBCLC
    • 3–5+ years of perinatal clinical or coaching experience
    • Experience working with Spanish-speaking or immigrant communities
    • Background in coaching, care navigation, or brief intervention models

    Schedule & Commitment

    • Part-time contractor role (approximately 10–20 hours/week; varies by program needs)
    • Availability during business hours required; evening outreach availability is a plus
