Perinatal Sonographer - Maternal Fetal Medicine
The Perinatal Sonographer - Maternal Fetal Medicine position is a full-time opportunity to join our team at Hartford HealthCare Medical Group Specialists. As a Perinatal Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound examinations to assess fetal development and detect any potential complications.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct ultrasound examinations to assess fetal development and detect any potential complications • Perform routine prenatal ultrasounds, including dating, growth assessments, and anatomy scans • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and examination results • Collaborate with obstetricians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care • Stay up-to-date with the latest ultrasound technology and techniques to provide the best possible care for our patients
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Sonography or a related field • Current certification as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI) • 1-2 years of experience in perinatal sonography or a related field • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
