Perioperative Housekeeper- Full Time-JS

Responsibilities:

Under the direct supervision of the Building Services Manager, the Perioperative Housekeeper is responsible for providing general and specialized cleaning, sanitation and disinfection of designated areas for the hospital in accordance with established standards. This job is not limited to basic housekeeping duties.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

 

High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant experience in lieu of High School Diploma/GED education will be considered.

 

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

 

One (1) year housekeeping experience in the medical or professional office setting is preferred.

 

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:

 

BLS required within 3 months of hire. Valid Drivers’ license and reliable transportation as driving between campuses is required.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:

 

Read, write and speak English.
