Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate rehabilitation program operations to meet quarterly targets.

  • Develop and manage performance dashboards to track progress and outcomes.

  • Implement evidence-based rehabilitation protocols and ensure adherence.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality controls.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design patient-centered rehab plans.

  • Mentor and develop team members to advance professional growth and productivity.

  • Drive growth by expanding referral networks and expanding service coverage.

  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

  • Oversee patient safety initiatives and incident management within rehab services.

  • Monitor and optimize resource utilization to maximize outcomes and efficiency.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead related initiatives.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Experience leading rehabilitation programs and achieving quarterly targets.

  • Proven knowledge of evidence-based rehab protocols and adherence.

  • Patient safety leadership and incident management within rehab services.

  • Strong ability to develop and manage performance dashboards with KPIs.

  • Regulatory compliance and internal quality control oversight.

  • Growth mindset with strategic network expansion and referrals.

  • Resource optimization and workflow efficiency improvements.

  • Cross-functional collaboration to design patient-centered rehab plans.

  • Mentorship and staff development to enhance productivity.

  • Ability to prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership.

  • Change management skills to drive process improvement initiatives.
