What Youll Do:
- Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and craft individualized anesthesia plans
- Administer general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care in collaboration with surgical teams
- Monitor patient vital signs, manage anesthesia-related complications, and adjust care as needed
- Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
- Maintain accurate medical records compliant with hospital policies
- Serve patients of all ages, including geriatrics and pediatrics
- Provide airway management services during procedures
- Travel to other ambulatory sites as needed, ensuring seamless patient care
What You Need:
Required:- Michigan RN License and NBCRNA Certification (certification required)
- Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience, current certification, no lapses
- Strong clinical skills and excellent communication skills
Preferred:- Experience in an ambulatory surgery center setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to travel across multiple sites
