What Youll Do
Provide anesthesia services for a variety of surgical and procedural cases
Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia plans
Administer anesthesia and monitor patient status intraoperatively
Respond promptly to on-call needs, within 1 hour and with a 2-hour callback window
Collaborate with surgical, nursing, and anesthesia teams
Document patient encounters accurately in EPIC EMR
Support staffing requirements in a high-acuity environment
Maintain compliance with hospital credentialing and standards
What You Need
Required:
Michigan RN license
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with active NBCRNA certification
ACLS and BLS certifications
Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience in a hospital setting
Preferred:
Experience in trauma or emergency environments
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and decision-making skills
