What Youll Do:- Provide anesthesia services across a variety of surgical cases in a Level I Trauma Center
- Manage pre-anesthesia assessments and intraoperative monitoring
- Administer anesthesia and oversee patient care through recovery
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff
- Respond promptly to on-call needs within 2 hours
- Document all patient encounters accurately in EPIC EMR
- Support staffing needs in a busy hospital environment
What You Need:- Active Michigan RN license and NBCRNA certification
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of anesthesia experience in a hospital setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to respond quickly to call-back requirements
