Pay & Benefits
1099 Service Agreement:
Hourly Base Rate: $190/hr
Regional Blocks & Pediatrics Stipends: +$5/hr each
Base Salary: $238,000$260,000 (based on experience)
OB, Pediatrics, Regional Blocks Stipends: $5,000 each
403(b) Tax-Deferred Annuity (up to 4% match after 2 years): $8,000
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
Paid Holidays & Birthday Pay
Overtime & Call Back Rate: $200/hr
Night On-Call (Findlay & Bluffton Hospitals): $250/night
Weekend Day Rate (Findlay & Bluffton Hospitals): $1,200/day

What Youll Do
Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical cases, including ENT, general, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecological, and urology procedures
Practice within a collaborative care team of physicians and CRNAs
Maintain and keep up skills across diverse procedures
Support hospital needs with flexible scheduling and overtime opportunities
Embrace a care team model with equitable call scheduling
Possibly work at Findlay Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, or Surgery Center, individually or combined
What You Need
Active Ohio CRNA license & Board Certification
Willingness to work varied shifts and locations
Strong clinical skills and team collaboration
Open to new graduates and experienced providers
Residency within immediate local area may be required for permanent placement
