What Youll Do
Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care in collaboration with surgical teams
Monitor patients and manage anesthesia-related complications during procedures
Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
Manage airway and provide anesthesia for patients of all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics
Travel between outpatient surgical centers as required
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
What You Need
Required:
Active Michigan RN license or eligibility
Certified in ACLS, BLS, and NBCRNA credential
2+ years of CRNA experience (no recent graduates or lapsed certifications)
Preferred:
Experience with outpatient anesthesia procedures
Ability to travel between multiple sites efficiently
Strong communication and teamwork skills
