What Youll Do
Provide anesthesia care for outpatient surgeries across various specialties including orthopedics, plastics, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, dental, pediatrics, endoscopy, and general surgery
Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop tailored anesthesia plans
Administer general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care
Monitor patients during procedures and manage anesthesia-related complications
Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
Document patient care accurately in accordance with facility policies
Collaborate closely with surgeons and the anesthesia team
Travel to other ambulatory sites as needed
What You Need
Active Michigan RN license and CRNA certification
ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA certifications
No lapsed or new certification candidates
Previous anesthesia experience in outpatient or surgical centers preferred
Ability to work harmoniously in a fast-paced team environment
