What Youll Do
Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop personalized anesthesia plans
Administer anesthesia (general, regional, monitored) to patients of all ages
Monitor and manage anesthesia during procedures
Provide post-anesthesia care, including pain management
Document anesthesia care accurately in patient records
Collaborate with surgical teams, anesthesiologists, and staff
Travel may be required to other outpatient sites as needed
What You Need
Active Michigan State RN and CRNA certification
ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA certifications required
Prior anesthesia experience in outpatient settings
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
