What You’ll Do
  • Manage patient flow within the clinic, supporting smooth operations
  • Assist providers with patient rooming, immunizations, injections, and specimen collection
  • Perform clerical duties including check-in, scheduling, and supply management
  • Facilitate communication between patients and providers, including phone support and prescription refills
  • Assist with assisting providers in clinical procedures, including labs and possibly radiology if qualified
  • Support team efforts to deliver personalized, supportive patient care across diverse age groups, from infants to geriatrics

What You Need
  • Valid Medical Assistant certification or eligibility in Minnesota
  • Prior clinical support experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude
  • Ability to follow provider instructions and support patient-centered care
