What You’ll Do:
  • Perform clinical support procedures such as blood draws, injections, immunizations, and lab tests within scope of certification.
  • Assist physicians in examinations, including taking vital signs and preparing patients.
  • Keep clinical areas stocked and sanitized; track and maintain medical supplies.
  • Manage patient communication, including answering calls, providing instructions, and scheduling follow-ups.
  • Help with maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.
  • Support patients throughout their visit, ensuring comfort and efficient flow of exam and treatment processes.
  • Follow all workplace protocols and cooperate with team members to ensure a high standard of patient care.
  • Adapt to additional duties as assigned by supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.


What You Need:
Required:
  • Valid LVN or CMA license/certification
  • 1+ years of relevant clinical experience
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and compassion
  • Attention to detail and respect for patient confidentiality

Preferred:
  • Experience working in a primary care or internal medicine setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
