Pay & Benefits
Pay: $210 per hour (base pay, additional night differential, bonus, and incentives may apply)

What You’ll Do
Provide emergency care for high-acuity patients at a busy Level II trauma center receiving approximately 60,000 visits annually
Collaborate with mid-level providers in a fast-paced, independent emergency department
Participate in critical decision-making for trauma, stroke, and complex emergencies
Document patient encounters accurately using EMR systems
Contribute to a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
Support hospital initiatives and quality improvement programs
What You Need
Active medical license in Alabama or eligibility to obtain one
ABEM or AOBEM certification or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine
Residency-trained in Emergency Medicine with relevant experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
