What You’ll Do

• Provide emergency care for high-acuity patients at a busy Level II trauma center receiving approximately 60,000 visits annually
• Collaborate with mid-level providers in a fast-paced, independent emergency department
• Participate in critical decision-making for trauma, stroke, and complex emergencies
• Document patient encounters accurately using EMR systems
• Contribute to a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Support hospital initiatives and quality improvement programs

What You Need

• Active medical license in Alabama or eligibility to obtain one
• ABEM or AOBEM certification or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine
• Residency-trained in Emergency Medicine with relevant experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
