Hourly Rate: $26.00 + $0.75 night shift differential

What Youll Do:
Administer and document medication and treatments, including glucose checks
Assist with resident assessments and care plan updates
Collaborate with staff during rounds, examinations, and treatments
Collect laboratory specimens and assist with transfer and discharge procedures
Supervise nursing assistants and ensure care quality compliance
Maintain accurate documentation of resident information, vital signs, and incident reports
Uphold safety, infection control, and workplace cleanliness standards
Provide direct resident care when needed, fostering a caring environment
What You Need:
Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania
BLS certification (required)
Ability to pass physical and background checks
Strong communication skills and compassion for residents
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
