What You’ll Do

• Maintain the highest standards of patient care in a tertiary care setting
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to promote innovation and excellence

What You Need
Required:

• Full medical license in Michigan
• Board certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Proven record of clinical excellence in adult cardiac surgery
• Leadership experience in an academic or high-volume clinical environment
• Strong communication and collaborative leadership skills

• Experience with program development and faculty recruitment
• Interest in surgical education and mentorship
