Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (Note: Pay package discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do:
Lead a team of 3 Pediatric Hospitalists, overseeing clinical operations
Provide newborn nursery care with NICU support from Pediatrix Neonatologists
Manage 24/7 on-call duties via a round-and-go model from home
Perform pediatric circumcisions and consult with Emergency Department for pediatric cases
Collaborate with Neonatologists and fellow hospitalists to coordinate patient care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research projects
Exchange best practices within Pediatrix’s large provider network
What You Need:
Current medical license in Ohio (or eligible to obtain)
Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pediatrics
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in pediatric hospital medicine or leadership roles
Strong leadership and collaborative skills
Ability to handle on-call responsibilities and manage clinical teams
Preferred:
Experience in neonatal or NICU care
Past leadership experience in a hospital setting
