What You’ll Do:

• Lead a team of 3 Pediatric Hospitalists, overseeing clinical operations
• Provide newborn nursery care with NICU support from Pediatrix Neonatologists
• Manage 24/7 on-call duties via a round-and-go model from home
• Perform pediatric circumcisions and consult with Emergency Department for pediatric cases
• Collaborate with Neonatologists and fellow hospitalists to coordinate patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research projects
• Exchange best practices within Pediatrix’s large provider network

What You Need:

• Current medical license in Ohio (or eligible to obtain)
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pediatrics
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in pediatric hospital medicine or leadership roles
• Strong leadership and collaborative skills
• Ability to handle on-call responsibilities and manage clinical teams

Preferred:

• Experience in neonatal or NICU care
• Past leadership experience in a hospital setting
