What You’ll Do
  • Lead and oversee clinical operations within a Level IIIB NICU
  • Provide expert neonatal care for critically ill newborns
  • Manage and mentor a team of neonatologists, nurses, and support staff
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership, academic partners, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows
  • Support scholarly activities and drive neonatal program development
  • Utilize advanced neonatal therapies like high-frequency ventilation and nitric oxide

What You Need
  • MD or DO degree; Board Certified in Neonatology
  • Virginia medical license or eligibility
  • Proven leadership and clinical skills in a NICU setting
  • Strong commitment to quality care, mentorship, and academic advancement
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
