What You’ll Do

• Provide full-time clinical care: office consultations, surgeries, and deliveries at Mercy Health - Anderson Hospital
• Lead and expand the women’s health program on Cincinnati’s east side
• Collaborate with executive leadership and multidisciplinary teams to improve quality and patient satisfaction
• Mentor physicians and advanced practice providers; foster teamwork and excellence
• Work closely with certified nurse-midwives and maternal-fetal medicine support from the University of Cincinnati
• Participate in a 1:6 call rotation
• Engage in strategic planning and operational growth for women’s health services

What You Need
Required:

• Ohio medical license
• Board-certified in OB/GYN
• Minimum 5 years of OB/GYN clinical experience

Preferred:

• Leadership experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong strategic planning skills
• Collaborative team-player

About the Assignment
Join a dedicated team in Cincinnati at Mercy Health – Anderson Hospital, a Level II NICU facility with approximately 1,600 deliveries annually. This position offers a unique blend of clinical practice and leadership, focusing on program development, quality, and patient-centered care in a supportive environment.
