What You’ll Do
Provide full-time clinical care: office consultations, surgeries, and deliveries at Mercy Health - Anderson Hospital
Lead and expand the women’s health program on Cincinnati’s east side
Collaborate with executive leadership and multidisciplinary teams to improve quality and patient satisfaction
Mentor physicians and advanced practice providers; foster teamwork and excellence
Work closely with certified nurse-midwives and maternal-fetal medicine support from the University of Cincinnati
Participate in a 1:6 call rotation
Engage in strategic planning and operational growth for women’s health services
What You Need Required:
Ohio medical license
Board-certified in OB/GYN
Minimum 5 years of OB/GYN clinical experience
Preferred:
Leadership experience in a healthcare setting
Strong strategic planning skills
Collaborative team-player
About the Assignment Join a dedicated team in Cincinnati at Mercy Health – Anderson Hospital, a Level II NICU facility with approximately 1,600 deliveries annually.
