Pay & Benefits
Salary: $200,000 - $260,000 per year (based on experience)

What Youll Do
Provide direct patient care within a primary care setting
Serve as Medical Director for a 50-provider multi-specialty outpatient group
Oversee clinical operations across four primary care sites
Develop, implement, and standardize clinical protocols and evidence-based best practices
Lead quality improvement initiatives to improve patient safety and outcomes
Mentor and support clinicians and care teams
Collaborate with administrative staff to optimize workflows and EHR systems
Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and retention of primary care clinicians
Foster effective interdisciplinary teamwork
Engage in financial planning, practice growth, and population health strategies
Lead or support clinical education, CME activities, and performance evaluations
What You Need
Required:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in specialty relevant to primary care
CPR certification
Proven leadership experience in outpatient primary care
Preferred:
Experience in system-wide clinical oversight
Familiarity with quality improvement and population health strategies
