What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a busy Level III NICU with 1,400–1,500 annual admissions
• Manage critically ill and premature newborns alongside a multidisciplinary team
• Support newborn stabilization, ongoing treatment planning, and intensive care management
• Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and other specialists
• Deliver evidence-based, individualized care to complex neonates
• Participate in clinical decision-making and quality improvement initiatives
• Contribute to a supportive environment emphasizing excellence, innovation, and compassionate care

What You Need

• Valid Georgia Nurse Practitioner license and Neonatal Certification (preferred)
• Required: at least 1 year of neonatal or critical care experience; new graduates welcome
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible 24-hour shifts in a high-acuity environment
