Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (please review the total compensation package)

What You'll Do
Provide advanced neonatal care in a busy Level III NICU with 1,400–1,500 annual admissions
Manage critically ill and premature newborns alongside a multidisciplinary team
Support newborn stabilization, ongoing treatment planning, and intensive care management
Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and other specialists
Deliver evidence-based, individualized care to complex neonates
Participate in clinical decision-making and quality improvement initiatives
Contribute to a supportive environment emphasizing excellence, innovation, and compassionate care
What You Need
Valid Georgia Nurse Practitioner license and Neonatal Certification (preferred)
Required: at least 1 year of neonatal or critical care experience; new graduates welcome
Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to work flexible 24-hour shifts in a high-acuity environment
