What Youll Do:
Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting at Northside Hospital, Atlanta
Manage care for critically ill and premature newborns in a high-volume environment (1,400-1,500 annual admissions)
Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and other specialists
Support stabilization, treatment planning, and ongoing intensive care management for vulnerable newborns
Deliver evidence-based, individualized care tailored to complex neonatal needs
Participate in clinical decision-making and quality improvement initiatives
Contribute to a fast-growing NICU program with expanding coverage needs
What You Need:
Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Previous experience in neonatal intensive care is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong communication and teamwork skills
