What You’ll Do:

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting at Northside Hospital, Atlanta
• Manage care for critically ill and premature newborns in a high-volume environment (1,400-1,500 annual admissions)
• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and other specialists
• Support stabilization, treatment planning, and ongoing intensive care management for vulnerable newborns
• Deliver evidence-based, individualized care tailored to complex neonatal needs
• Participate in clinical decision-making and quality improvement initiatives
• Contribute to a fast-growing NICU program with expanding coverage needs

What You Need:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous experience in neonatal intensive care is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
