What You’ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care within a Level III NICU and newborn nursery
• Manage care for high-acuity newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans
• Perform comprehensive neonatal assessments and diagnoses
• Support care from admission to discharge, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care
• Contribute to a modern, state-of-the-art hospital environment
• Participate in structured shift schedules, including 16- and 24-hour shifts

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Georgia RN License or the ability to obtain one
• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification (or current registration)
• Minimum of 1 year of neonatology or NICU experience
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience in a Level III NICU setting
• Ability to adapt to a busy, community-focused hospital environment
