What You’ll Do
Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU with 10 beds
Manage and monitor high-acuity newborns requiring intensive support
Support daily coverage in a 20-bed newborn nursery
Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for neonates
Support care continuity from admission through discharge
Participate in structured shift schedules, including 16- and 24-hour shifts
Contribute to a high-quality, patient-centered neonatal program in a modern hospital environment
What You Need Required:
Valid Georgia RN and NNP licensure
Neonatal certification (NE-BC or equivalent)
Relevant Neonatal intensive care experience
Preferred:
Experience in a Level III NICU setting
Strong teamwork and communication skills

The hospital features a newly renovated, state-of-the-art environment dedicated to providing exceptional neonatal care. The NICU serves approximately 1,000 births annually, offering a collaborative, supportive atmosphere for neonatal professionals eager to impact a growing community.
