What You’ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU with 10 beds
• Manage and monitor high-acuity newborns requiring intensive support
• Support daily coverage in a 20-bed newborn nursery
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for neonates
• Support care continuity from admission through discharge
• Participate in structured shift schedules, including 16- and 24-hour shifts
• Contribute to a high-quality, patient-centered neonatal program in a modern hospital environment

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Georgia RN and NNP licensure
• Neonatal certification (NE-BC or equivalent)
• Relevant Neonatal intensive care experience

Preferred:

• Experience in a Level III NICU setting
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
