What You’ll Do
  • Provide expert neonatal care in a Level III 16-bed NICU
  • Collaborate with neonatologists to deliver comprehensive patient care
  • Cover neonates and assist with general nursery duties
  • Participate in patient assessments, treatment planning, and family support
  • Manage daily care, monitor patient progress, and assist with procedures
  • Document care and ensure compliance with hospital policies
  • Support unit operations and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
What You Need
Required:
  • Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
  • Valid North Carolina APRN license
  • Minimum 2 years NICU experience (excluding RN time)
  • Strong clinical skills in neonatal care
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

Preferred:
  • Experience with single-room NICU environment
  • Comfortable with shift rotations and working in a fast-paced setting
