What You’ll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care within a 16-suite, Level III NICU, serving approximately 320 admissions annually
• Collaborate with neonatologists to deliver high-quality, family-centered care
• Help manage and monitor critically ill newborns, facilitating treatments and interventions
• Assist in covering the newborn nursery, supporting maternal-newborn services
• Ensure documentation and compliance for all clinical activities
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols

What You Need

• Current, active NC State Nurse Practitioner license and certification in Neonatology (Board Certified NNP)
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an NNP (excluding RN experience)
• Strong neonatal assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
