Shift: Full-time rotations across 3 hospitals; 24-hour shifts at Level III units; 10- or 12-hour day shifts, 12- or 16-hour night shifts at Level IV

Experience: Minimum 2+ years as an NNP; not accepting new graduates or locum candidates

Provide high-quality neonatal care within a large-level IV NICU.
Rotate between three hospitals, covering high-acuity patient care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
Monitor neonatal vital signs and responses to treatments.
Support families and educate them on neonatal health.
Assist in maintaining compliance with healthcare policies and procedures.
Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
What You Need
Valid, current NNP Board Certification (FNP/PNP not accepted)
Minimum 2+ years of neonatal intensive care experience
Strong clinical skills in high-acuity neonatal environments
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Flexibility to work rotating schedules and shifts
