What You’ll Do
Provide neonatal care in Level II NICUs and newborn nurseries
Attend deliveries (transport responsibilities not required)
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatricians, and advanced practice providers
Function with a high level of autonomy supported by in-house and on-call neonatologists
Support high standards of neonatal care across multiple hospitals within Jacksonville’s healthcare systems
Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
Foster a collegial and patient-focused environment
What You Need
Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
Prior neonatal or pediatric experience (minimum required)
Strong clinical skills in neonatal care
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Residency within the immediate Jacksonville area; relocation may be required
