What You’ll Do
Provide direct neonatal patient care in a Level-IIIB and Level-IIIA NICU setting
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on patient treatment plans
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education
Support family-centered care programs, including NICU family support
Engage in onboarding and ongoing training, including a dedicated new grad program
Utilize advanced ventilator support and monitor critical neonatal needs
Assist in maintaining the unit’s operational efficiency and safety standards
What You Need
Current Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) certification (no PAs, FNPs, or PNPs)
Licensed or eligible to be licensed in Missouri
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Excellent communication and patient care skills
