What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a Level-IIIB NICU environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives and educational activities
• Support families through education and family-centered care programs
• Contribute to a hospital renowned for its NICU Family Support and advanced neonatal services
• Assist with new-born assessments, ventilator management, and critical care procedures
• Engage with hospital programs like Angel Eye to enhance patient and family experience

What You Need

• Required:
  • Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
  • Valid Missouri State licensure or eligibility
• Preferred:
  • Experience in NICU or neonatal settings (new grads encouraged)
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
